GRDC Station Information
Station Name (GRDC ID) The name of the discharge gauging station with the unique identifier (in brackets) used in the GRDC data archive.
River Name The name of the river monitored by the gauging station.
GRDC Country Code Two character country code used in the GRDC data archive.
Start Year [Month] First year (and month in brackets) of the observation records in the GRDC data archive.
End Year [Month] Last year (and month in brackets) of the observations in the GRDC data archive.
Mean Discharge Long-term mean discharge [m3/s] calculated over the period of observation.
Minimum Discharge Lowest discharge [m3/s] throughout the records of observations.
Maximum Discharge Highest discharge [m3/s] throughout the records of observations.
Mean Interstation Discharge Long-term mean discharge [m3/s] generated within the interstation tributary of the gauging stations (i.e., the difference between the mean discharge at the gauging station and the sum of the discharge at the upstream stations). Negative interstation discharge means the sum of the discharge measured upstream exceeds the discharge at the gauging stations (i.e., the discharge is decreasing going downstream).
GRDC Catchment Area Total upstream catchment area [km2] of the gauging station.
GRDC Interstation Area Catchment area [km2] between the upstream gauging stations and the current gauging station (i.e. the difference between the total catchment area upstream and the sum of the total catchment area at the upstream gauging stations).
GRDC Station Runoff Long-term mean runoff [mm/yr] within the total catchment area (i.e. the long-term mean dischar ge at the gauging station divided by the total catchment area).
GRDC Interstation Runoff Long-term mean interstation runoff [mm/yr] within the interstation area (i.e. the interstation discharge at the gauging station divided by the interstation area).
